How does it work?

Riffle allows you to select board games online and have them delivered to your door. You can keep the games for as long as you like, enjoying them at your own pace. When you're ready, simply return them and choose new ones!

What are the costs?

We offer three pricing tiers to suit different needs and budgets. Each tier provides a unique selection of games and rental terms. Check our Plans & Pricing page for detailed information.

How many games do I get each month?

That depends on your bundle:

Scout Bundle — 2–3 curated games, handpicked for you
Hero Bundle — 3–4 games of your choice from our full library
Master Bundle — 5–6 games of your choice from our full library

You can swap your bundle once per month, or keep it for longer if you’re still enjoying what you’ve got. There are no late fees — just return your games when you're ready for the next adventure.

What kinds of games do you offer?

Our library includes everything from light party games and family favourites to deep strategy games, co-op adventures, and award-winning big-box titles. We cater to all ages, group sizes, and play styles — with new games added regularly.

How do I choose my games?

If you’re on the Hero or Master bundle, you can browse our full library and hand-pick your games each month. Once you return your current bundle, you’ll unlock your next selection. It’s all managed through your account dashboard — simple, flexible, and fun.

If you’re on the Scout bundle, we’ll choose 2–3 games each month based on your preferences. When you join, we’ll ask a few quick questions to understand what kinds of games you enjoy. We’ll also update your profile over time based on your feedback — so every delivery gets better.

What if I don’t know what to choose?

No worries! If you’re on the Scout bundle, we’ll do the choosing for you — selecting 2–3 games tailored to your tastes. All you need to do is answer a few onboarding questions, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s perfect for curious players or anyone wanting to explore new games without the guesswork.

If you’re on the Hero or Master bundle, you can filter our library by category, player count, age range, and more. Not sure where to start? Check out community reviews, our “Most Loved” picks, or dive into blog posts and team-curated recommendations for inspiration.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in your subscription. We use InPost home delivery and locker returns, so receiving and returning your games is fast, convenient, and hassle-free.

What packaging do the games come in?

Your games arrive in a sturdy, reusable Riffle box — designed to keep everything safe and neat. We pack each game securely using recyclable and reusable materials. When you're ready to return, just pop the games back in the same box.

How long does it take for my games to arrive?

We usually dispatch your games within 48 hours of receiving your request or return confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days via InPost, depending on your location.

You'll get a notification when your box is on the way — so you can start planning your next game night!

How do returns work?

Returns are super easy with InPost — and completely label-free. When you're ready for a new bundle, just pack your games back into the original box and take it to your nearest InPost locker (available 24/7). We'll send you a QR code — simply scan it at the locker, pop your box in, and you're done.

There are no late fees or return deadlines. Keep your games for as long as your subscription is active. Once your return is on the way, you can select your next bundle.

You’ll need to return your entire bundle before you can select your next set of games. We don’t offer partial returns.

Is there a deadline to return games?

There are no due dates or late fees — you can keep your games for as long as your subscription is active.

However, if you'd like to swap your games each month, you’ll need to return your full bundle before your next billing date. It typically takes 2–3 days for games to get back to us via InPost, so make sure to leave enough time if you're aiming for a monthly refresh.

Don’t worry — we’ll send you helpful reminders as your billing date approaches, so you’ve got plenty of notice.

Are there late fees?

No, we don’t charge late fees! You can keep the games for as long as you have an active subscription. Just return them when you're finished, and we'll take care of the rest.

You’ll need to return your entire bundle before you can select your next set of games. We don’t offer partial returns.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no hassle. We believe in keeping things flexible and fun.

Before your cancellation is complete, you’ll need to return all the games in your current bundle. Once we’ve received them, your subscription can be fully closed.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — life happens! You can pause your subscription at any time. Just make sure to return all games before pausing. You won’t be charged during the paused period, and you can restart whenever you’re ready.

How often do you add new games?

We add at least 3 new games every month to keep the library fresh and exciting. We also rotate in new releases, seasonal picks, and games requested by our community.

Are your games suitable for kids, families, or 2-player setups?

Absolutely! You can filter our library by age range, player count, and category — so whether you're planning a date night, family afternoon, or party with friends, you’ll find the right fit.

What condition are the games in?

All our games are gently used, carefully checked, and fully complete before shipping. We clean and repackage each game to make sure it arrives ready to play. Occasionally you may see minor wear — but never anything that affects gameplay.

What happens if I lose or damage games or pieces?

We get it — accidents happen! If a piece goes missing or something gets damaged, just let us know. We’ll assess the situation fairly and may charge a small fee if replacement is needed.

What if something’s missing from my game?

Please contact us right away! We carefully check every game before it’s shipped, but mistakes can happen. We’ll fix it quickly — whether that means sending a missing piece, a replacement game, or crediting your account.
